Privacy Policy

As of May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”) is in force. Therefore, in order to assure you of the due protection of your personal data processed on our website, we present information in which you will learn how your personal data will be collected, processed and what rights you have in connection with this.

The logintrade.ai. website obtains information about users logging in and the actions they take. This information is collected as part of:

  1. the login form, in which you provide data voluntarily;
  2. stored in cookie files on your end devices (your computer, smartphone, tablet and
    other devices that allow you to access the site);
  3. collection of the Controller’s server logs.

In order to ensure the best possible service and fulfillment of your rights to personal data protection, the Controller entrusts the processing of your personal data to its affiliated company PZP24.pl sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wroclaw, ul. Legnicka 57D office B/J, 54-203 Wrocław, KRS: 0000505029, Tax Identification Number: 8971797896, Taxpayer Identification Number (REGON): 022393643.

For what purpose and on what basis does the Controller process your personal data?

Your personal data is processed in order to properly perform the tasks of the shopping website and to provide you with access to the content and functionality of the website. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR, i.e. your consent to the processing of your personal data and due to the legitimate interests of the Administrator.

Is it necessary for you to provide personal data?

You provide your personal data voluntarily, however, you must be aware that providing personal data is essential to ensure that you have access to the content and functionality of the website.

Who will receive your personal data?

Except as provided by law, the Controller does not envisage making your personal data available to third parties, unless it is necessary for the proper functioning of the website.

Please note that according to the terms and conditions at loginstrade.ai. Logintrade S.A. acts as the System Administrator responsible for the implementation of technical measures (i.a. encryption of Internet connections) preventing the collection and modification of your personal data by unauthorized persons, as well as for the ongoing maintenance of the functionality and security of the website.

However, all issues related to the processing of personal data in the operation of the site, the handling of your requests and the exercise of your rights are handled both by Logintrade S.A. and by Logintrade S.A.’s affiliated company PZP24pl sp. z o.o., based in Wroclaw, which performs the functions of the Operator of the site in accordance with the Terms of Use. The transfer of your data is based on the entrustment agreement concluded between Logintrade S.A. and PZP24.pl sp. z o.o.

How long will we store your personal data?

We will store your personal data for the period necessary for the purposes described above and for the performance of the service by the Controller on your behalf and as required by law, including the period necessary to pursue possible claims or until you revoke your consent.

What are your rights in relation to the processing of personal data by the Controller?

When processing your personal data, we guarantee the proper exercise of your rights under GDPR:

  • access to your personal data, i.e. obtaining information as to whether such data is being processed, what is the scope and purpose of the processing of personal data, as well as what rights you have in relation to the Controller,
  • request rectification and supplementation of the data without delay,
  • request the removal of the data:
  • request that the data processed be limited,
  • request the transfer of data to another entity,
  • object to the processing of the data,
  • file a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data as the authority supervising
    the observance of personal data protection regulations,
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time (please note, however, that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the processing that has taken place on the basis of your consent prior to the withdrawal).

Will your personal data be processed automatically?

The Controller does not envisage processing your personal data automatically and does not profile it.

 §2 Cookie policy

What are cookie files?

The concept of cookie files (so-called “cookies”) means IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Users’ final device (such as a computer, phone or tablet) and are intended for the use of the administrator’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the originating website, the time they are stored on the end device, a unique number generated by the browser used, and other necessary information. Accordingly, the browser you are using sends information to the server each time you connect to the logintrade.net website.

What types of cookies are stored?
The website uses two main types of cookies:

session cookies and persistent cookies.

Session cookies are temporary files, which are stored on the user’s end device until the user logs out, leaves the website or closes the software (Internet browser).

Persistent cookies are stored on the user’s end device for the time specified in the parameters of cookie files or until their removal by the User.

What are the purposes of using cookies?
The storage of cookies on the disk of your device is primarily for the following purposes:

  • ensuring maximum security when using the website,
  • maintaining the User’s session after logging in, so that it will not
    be necessary to re-enter the login and password,
  • using data for analytical and statistical purposes, which allows the Controller
    to improve the services they provide, and thus to adapt
    the functionality and content of the Website to the needs of Users on an ongoing basis,
  • learning about and analyze your preferences based on how you use the website,
  • determining the user’s profile in order to display tailored material to the user on
    advertising networks, in particular the Google network.
    How is the information from cookies used?

The actions of the Controller are taken in accordance with the applicable data protection law (in particular, the GDPR) within the framework of your consent to the processing of personal data and the legitimate interest of the Controller.

Are there other entities that can use the information contained in cookies?

Cookies placed on your end device may also be used by partners cooperating with the Controller, including the Operator of the PZP24.pl sp. z o.o. Platform, and advertisers, such as Google Analytics (we therefore recommend reading the Google Analytics privacy policy available at this link). The Google network may use cookies to display advertisements tailored to the way you use the Website and the time spent on the site. Please note that with regard to the preference information collected by the Google advertising network, you can view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

Can you influence the storage of cookies and how?

The information contained in cookies will be stored on your device’s disk, as most web browsers are set to automatically accept cookies by default.

However, please bear in mind that blocking the storage of cookies on the disk of your device will prevent the Controller from collecting statistical information about the use of the website, and thus significantly reduce their ability to obtain data for the ongoing improvement of the functionality and content of the website.

§3 Collection of server logs

Information about some of your navigation on the Website is recorded in the form of logs in the Controller’s server layer. These data are used solely for the purpose of administering the website and to ensure the most efficient operation of the services provided by the Controller and the proper functioning of the website.

The resources viewed are identified by their URLs. In addition to URLs, the following information can also be stored:

 the time of the arrival of the inquiry,

 the time of sending the answer,

 client station name (identification performed by the HTTP protocol),

 errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,

 the URL of the page that you visited prior to entering the site (referer link) in case you accessed the Site through a link contained on that page,

 information about the browser you are using,

 Information about the IP address assigned to your device.


The Controller assures you that the above indicated information does not allow to identify your identity and that it will be used only for the purposes of server administration.
